Kamdhenu University (KU) Signs MoU with Qper India Pvt Ltd (QIPL) for Joint Research on Optimizing Livestock Efficiency
Kamdhenu University (KU), a leading institute dedicated to veterinary and animal sciences based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Qper India Pvt Ltd (QIPL), a company based in Anand, Gujarat, engaged in research and development of nutritional and non-nutritional solutions for poultry, ruminants, and fisheries. The MoU, signed on September 26, 2024, marks the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at advancing research and innovation in animal health and productivity through cost-effective solutions.
Dr. N.H. Kelawala, Vice-Chancellor of KU, emphasized the importance of this collaboration, noting that it reflects KU’s commitment to enhancing livestock research. Mr. Samir Patel, Managing Director of QIPL, also expressed optimism about the partnership, stating, “We are excited to partner with KU. This MoU will allow us to combine our technological expertise with the university’s research capabilities, paving the way for innovative solutions that contribute to better livestock management in India.
In the near future, a few new research projects will be initiated under the leadership of Mr. Harsh Patel, Director of QIPL, in collaboration with KU.
